REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Ask Alida, Alida Fehily, and any other associated companies – Ask Alida, Alida Fehily will accept returns of products with a delivery note, within 7 days of purchase. If you have no packing slip, please return the product with a copy of the order acknowledgment email you received on placing your order.
If you were given the purchase as a gift, we can trace the amount paid. Returned items must be in a re-saleable condition. When returning items to us, indicate the reason for your return on the reverse side of the packing slip and include the packing slip with the product. For your protection, you may wish to send your return if bought from Ask Alida, Alida Fehily, and any other associated companies – Alida Fehily via insured parcel post. All returns, including any credits applied for return shipping charges, will be credited to the credit card used in the purchase. We will make every effort to process returned items within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your bank to post the credit to your statement.
OUR GUARANTEE:
We guarantee the products you purchase will reach you in good condition. If it does not, please return the item to us (within 3 days of receipt) and we will replace or refund the full cost of the product. Shipping and handling expenses are not subject to refund unless the product was damaged or we shipped you the wrong product. If so, we will absorb the costs to send you the correct item.
